5 tricks to make your android work faster without rooting the device.

Stop Extra Animations.

Animations that shows on different actions can also effect your device speed. Turn off these animations if you feel your device is running slow. You can make your Android device feel snappier by reducing or turning off some of animations. You’ll need to enable Developer options in order to do this. Go to Settings > About phone and scroll down to the System section to look for Build number. Tap on it seven times and and congrats your are a developer now. Now you can see extra option named Developer Options. You can now go back to the previous menu and you should see Developer options listed under System. Head in there and scroll down to find Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, and Animator duration scale. Tap each in turn and set it to .5x or off. Turn them off or use the minimum its up to you.

 

Keep your phone updated

Everyone ignore the step but this is one of the most important thing to keep your phone work faster. Updates of different software provide optimizations which results in less usage of RAM and thus also increases battery life. Updates also keep your phone away from several security bugs that may be present in earlier version of softwares. Hence it is very important to keep it updates.

 

Clean Junk Files

Clean junk files from your android device every once a week. This will keep your android work better as the junk make it tougher for device to search and work on something. Also clean your RAM as there may be apps that keep some thing in RAM and forgets to remove this thus resulting in more utilization of RAM. In computer science terms it will increase the page faults.

One good software to keep your device clean is Clean Master.

 

Clear cached app data and turn off Auto sync.

With caching App loads more swiftly but caching the apps that are not used frequently will cost the time as every time there is a search in cache if it is present or not. So try cleaning the cache of apps that are not frequently used.

Since you want to do it for different apps go to Settings > Apps and click on the All tab and tap on the app you want to delete cache then choose Clear cache. You can also delete all cache just go to Settings > Storage and tap on Cached data and then tap OK. CCleaner is also a good application for doing this.

Turning off auto sync will save RAM as it start using it for keep on checking for updates. You could go to Settings and find Auto-sync under Accounts and turn it off.

 

Clean your Home Screen, Uninstall unused apps and try third party Launcher

Clean your home screen Do not put many apps on the home screen and do not have more widgets. It will slow down your device.

Uninstall the unused apps as they may be consuming RAM and storage space which will cost some speed for your device.

Also try used some third party launcher which in lightweight and fast.

Try out something like Nova Launcher. You can  experiment with the settings and you should find that your device feels a lot faster.

 

Final Resort, Factory reset

If the problems still persist the best way is to perform Factory reset and thus you will get a device as good as new until there is any hardware issues.
